Having a stable data connection or the phone being connected to WiFi will ensure you being active to receive phone calls. Do make sure that the app is also running in background at all times for our system to know that you are available to receive phone calls. With this you will have a higher chance of receiving more phone calls to measure quality.

Before we send phone calls to your mobile device, your mobile needs to be prepared. First it must have an active data or WiFi connection and see if you are available. If all is good you will receive phone calls to your mobile. You can check the number of received calls from the history -> call count. For each phone call you receive your balance will be updated.

You have to do nothing with the messages sent from our system, you can ignore them. The messages you receive will be automatically forwarded to our servers, so you can delete them after you get credited for those messages to your account. You don’t need to read our SMS, you can completely ignore our messages.

You don’t have to do anything with our calls. You won’t be bothered by our incoming calls, as they are directly sent to our app. So, you are not getting disturbed by our calls at all.
